Chilly Day

She's going out for a stroll in the city. A windy day. She actually wears a bikini or a two piece underneath for mobility sake. The jacket is to keep her looking modest when she needs to. I get hella ninja vibes from her so I added some accent stuff that I didn't think of originally like the little dagger pin attached to her top and the weapon holster on her thigh.
